Security Guards
The principal service offered by Keytech Security is the provision of Security Guards. The company offers a comprehensive and superior service which is personally assessed and tailor-made to suit each client’s individual and specific requirements.
The security guards provided follow a comprehensive set of assignment instructions which we draft and supply once they are approved by the client. Security guards are required to make regular hourly check calls to our 24 hour Control Centre in order to confirm the safety of the security guards and the client’s premises.
Awarded assignments are fitted with a Guard Patrol System at no extra cost to the clients which records the security guards movements throughout the assignment. All records of this system are downloaded to a computer and checked weekly.
Keytech Security will complete a full risk assessment prior to the start of a security guard contract and put any recommendations down in writing and submit them to the client.
Throughout the day, night or weekend our Supervisors, Inspectors and Managers will routinely and randomly visit each client’s site in order to review the security guards performance. Disciplinary actions and corrective measures would be implemented immediately if any security guard is found to be failing in his or her duties or where there is any evidence of misconduct or abuse of privilege.
